Indeed, there is a processing time between the time when your order is placed, and the time when the order is confirmed, the stock level relating to particular products may change. Once a product is sold out, it will be taken off the website as soon as possible. Please note that we will not ship any ordered products until payment for those products have been received in full. Unless otherwise stated, the price of our products does not include shipping and handling costs. Depending on where you live, the shipping and handling costs will be calculated at your checkout.

When you place an order with us, you warrant and represent to us that:

PROCESS

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. (Business days are Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded)

During high volume periods and sales, dispatch times may vary.

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail as soon as you confirm your order.

We do not have any obligations to dispatch your order to you until we have accepted your order by sending an "Order Confirmation" e-mail to you. Your "Order Confirmation" is sent once we have received the payment of your order in full.

You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail as soon as your order will be dispatched from our warehouse.

In this e-mail, you will find your tracking number in order to track your parcel.

Deliveries will be made to the shipping address entered by you. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the address you entered is complete and correct.

We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incomplete, inaccurate addresses or correct addresses. In the event that a product is lost in transit, please contact your local post office, then we will help you as much as is reasonably necessary to trace a missing parcel.

Risk in the products ordered will pass to you once products has been delivered to the provided address.

Orders may be returned to us for various reasons such as non-payment of fees, duties or taxes, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to contact us at hello@luvmileteeth.com to arrange redelivery and will also have to pay for all postage costs.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail as soon as your order will be dispatched from our warehouse. In this e-mail, you will find:

Click on the tracking link, then enter your tracking number in order to track your parcel.

The tracking information may take 1 – 2 days to be displayed.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you provide a complete and correct shipping address.

If the tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered to the provided address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office. We cannot be responsible for unreceived packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to the provided address.

ORDER CANCELLATION/LIMITATION

If for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed, it must be done before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Then we will promptly refund any payment already made by you or your credit or debit card company to us for your order. As we try to process orders as quick as possible, it may not always be possible to cancel an order from being dispatched.

If you choose to return the faulty product, we are not responsible for the return shipping fees of the products. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
