RETURNS
Incorrect or Faulty products
If you have received incorrect or faulty products, please provide details within 30 days of purchase at hello@luvsmileteeth.com to discuss further.
Please include your order number, your fullname and videos/photos of your products in your e-mail, so we can proceed quicker with your request.
Our team will verify whether you are eligible to a replacement with new products and give instructions accordingly.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, you can return your products to us within 30 days of purchase, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Please contact us at hello@luvsmileteeth.com and include your order number, your fullname and photos of your products in their original resalable condition, so we can proceed quicker with your request.
Your products must be in their original packaging. Any opened, damaged or used products are not subject to returns.

If you do not see any teeth whitening results, please read the terms & conditions of the Money Back Guarantee.
Returns Terms and Guidelines:
- All returned products must be unused, unopened, and complete with original plastic wrapping (except for products that are faulty or eligible to the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee).
- We are not responsible for the return shipping fees of the products. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Please make sure all returned products are safely and appropriately packaged, in order to be not damaged during the return transit.
- Please make sure all returned packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost products during the return transit.
- Please make sure that the returns request has been approved by our team. Without our approval it may result in your return not being processed.
REFUND
Returned items (in accordance with this Returns Policy)
Once your products are returned and received to our warehouse, our team will inspect your return products. We will send you an e-mail to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If our team approves your refund request, we will proceed to a full refund which will not include any shipping fees. We are not able to refund or exchange products that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in original condition (except for products that are faulty or eligible to the Money Back Guarantee). If you want these sent back to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
Missing products
Please contact us at hello@luvsmileteeth.com. and include your order number, your fullname and the product name of the missing product in your e-mail, so we can proceed quicker with your request and organize replacements for missing products.

If you are eligible to the Money-Back Guarantee, once your product is received in our warehouse, our team will proceed with the refund. Learn more
Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Late or missing refunds (if you are eligible)
Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is received by our warehouse.
Please note that it usually takes between 5-10 business days for the refunds to be credited to your bank account.
If you don't receive your refund in your bank account after 15 business days from our refund confirmation e-mail, please contact us at hello@luvsmileteeth.com.
Sales/Promotions
Only regular priced products may be refunded, unfortunately sale/promotion products cannot be refunded.
How to return products
If you need to return products accordingly with our Returns & Refunds Policy, please contact our team at hello@luvsmileteeth.com and include your order number, your fullname and photos of your returned products in your e-mail.
We will give you instructions to send the products back to our nearest warehouse.
